How it Works
When it is identified that a piece of equipment may be useful to increase your child’s participation:
- Appointments will be made to trial various equipment to see which one will be the best fit for your child and family situation.
- Equipment trials may occur at a local equipment supplier, in the clinic, or at your home, depending on what type of equipment is required, and how many pieces of equipment need to be trialled.
- If your child has NDIS funding, there are particular criteria that needs to be met, and specific documents that require completion. The Therapist will cover this with you as required.
